Deviance is sucky

Deviance, its an issue obviously because well...it goes agaisnt social norms. Here's a situation, a doctor is taking care of a patient, the patient soon learns he is needing a very expensive surgery but he does not have insurance that covers surgery, is it wrong for that doctor to marry her patient in order to then save their lives?
