Intelligent Design

I do not think intelligent design is a science, but then again I don't think evolution is either. Intelligent design has little evidence to defend it's claims. However, if schools teach evolution, which is just a theory, not a law, than they should be able to teach intelligent design. Both proposals have their critics and both have supporters, so clearly neither is 100% agreed with. The reason why schools should teach both is because it is a school's responsibility to give us all the options. Intelligent is not a science because it can't be completely proven, but that does not mean it should not be taught.

i agree with the fact that intelligent design is not a science. However i believe theat evolution is a science. there is vilid facts that support the theory of evolution. its not like were guesing at random we have bones and other physical evidence to support evolution. The only proof behind intelligent design is the proof that proves the evolution part of intelligent design. This is why evolution is an accepted scientific theory and intelligent design is not.

I agree with you that both should be taught because then it's not all one sided and you have other options to choose from.

I agree that teaching both intelligent design and evolution will help students to further understand the difference between the two. It will also help them form their own opinion on how humans became who we are.

I completely agree. I think ID should be allowed to be taught because schools should give us all the options and not just one. Also just like evolution, ID isnt 100% proven, so why can evolution be taught and not ID?
