Harlow's Experiments

I think that Harlow's experiments should never be repeated. They are unethical, and are very cruel to the monkeys. Doing experiments such as his keep the monkeys from having a physical connection with other monkeys including their mothers. Instead they have a wire mother and a cloth mother. Many animal groups would be very opposed to scientists repeating any of his experiments.

I agree with this, his experiments should not be repeated. His experiments tormented the monkeys to get data which is very unethical. Also, the way he raised the monkeys in complete solitude without their mothers, family members, or other monkeys was not good for the monkeys well being at all. It ruined them and made them develope many problems. All in all, his experiments should not be repeated, I think they were to cruel.
