Campaign dropout!
Yes , he did a right decision on dropping out , because if he kept going on in his campaign he would of lost half the votes he had due to the accuses of the other ladies agaisnt him clearly he would of lost votes from girls all over the country. This did effect his campagin because all the hard work all his co- helpers did went to waste , he should of thought what he was doing before he did his thing , dropping out was the right decision to do at the end.

Herman Cain would have lost votes because of the scandal. It was a smart decision for him to drop out while he still had some integrity. If he continued in the presidential race then I believe he would continually be criticized and questioned about the affair. By dropping out and say he was "in good terms with god and his wife," it was almost a slap in the face to public. He went out of the race while he still had a chance, but prevented himself from being humiliated. I think it was smart.
