Cultures

I think the Machiguenga is the most similar to American culture. The people we live with is most similar because some people do live with their extended family along with their mom, dad, brother, and sister. People now live with their grandparents if for some reason they can't live on their own anymore. We also both go to school to learn. And we know that medicine will cure some of our illnesses if we use them correctly.

I agree that the Machiguenga are most similar because of them being so family orientated. In American culture, majority of families are very close with their extended family. We see this from families celebrating birthdays and holidays together.

I agree that Machiguenga are most similar to American culture. I think we have the same behaviors when it comes to family and our relationships. Also, I agree that we both use medicines to cure the ill and I also think we can learn more about medicines from the Machiguenga.

I agree with Amy , the Machiguenga are most similar. The whole extended family is a big part of it. They are alot like the families here living together.Furthermore they are intelligent enough to know the use of medicine . We both use medicine to cure illnesses. In all they are the same as we are , just in a different area.
