Describe the type of family that you live in using at least 4 terms that were discussed in class. For this week's assignment, you DO NOT need to comment on another student's post.
My nuclear family is a relatively normal egalitarian household. I guess we are a matrilocality, as we have always lived near my mother's parents, but my father's parents moved closer to us several years ago. Our family believes in exogamy, because my father is a preacher's son, and my mom is the daughter of the former manager of fancy hotels.
My family is a nuclear family with four kids and two parents. My father pratices monogamy because he only has one wife, my mother. Also, we are a family both of matrilocality and patrilocality because we live close to both sides of our family. The only person of our family that is patrilocal is my aunt who moved to Arizona.
I live in a nulear house with a e(word I sadly forgot Mrs. C sorry!). Both my parents works and they both take care of the kids and such. It's very equal since I guess that works better, share the power than take all of it I guess.
