First Amendment

I don’t think there should be restrictions on what Americans can and cannot say. Who is the government to dictate how we feel and tell us whether or not we can express our opinions freely. One of the great things about our country is the diversity and the opinions that it brings. I think the First Amendment guarantees us the right to say and do [within reason] what we feel. Not everyone uses this in a positive way, but the risk we take from having freedom comes many good things. Which is why I believe there should not be limitations on how Americans express themselves.

I agree that people should be free to state their opinion freely and the government should not have the power to limit that. But also when u say within reason is when the restrictions should come into play. People should say how they feel but they cant go around saying how they're going to kill the president or something like that. People should be able to express their feeling freely but their needs to be a line that cant be crossed.

yeah i agree with your comment anna because the government shouldn't place limitations. If they did we wouldn't be americans we would be slaves of the government. i feel like we need to rise up against Fremd thought because free speech doesn't exist in Fremd. So yeah i hope that the united states never places limitations on the first amdemnt because that would be unconstitutional.

agreed with you. you cant place limits on something so touchy like this topic, i think this amendment takes some reasoning in a sense, but i like the way you put it.
