The fall of North Korea's Government

I believe there is a very small window of time that any nation can assist or save the people of North Korea, that window is when there will be no North Korea. The moment to help is the moment that the Government of North Korea falls and the country has no one to dictate its decisions or declare war. Even at that interval of time I do not believe the U.S. should be directly involved, aiding the process of a new government with financial support would be substantial enough. South Korea should be responsible for spreading their governing power north with financial aid from surrounding countries, UN, and U.S. If not immediately successful then military intervention from the U.S. and UN would be appropriate.

There is no hope in attempting to intervene currently on the lack of human necessities within the country and work concentration camps. Kim Jung Ill is basically overly trigger-happy and has the capacity to reach the U.S. and other countries with nuclear weapons.

On top of it, who is to say the people are as loyal as they seem to their dear leader or are simply faking it. Either way the people are brain washed to obey Kim Jung Ill and no other country. How can another country assist the common man of North Korea if he hates the man that is helping him.

I sort of agree with Quinton. It would be a great idea if other surrounding countries would provide financial aid to the south. As i see it , if surrounding countries and the south became best friends they could work out all the tension and rivalry going on. Seeing as North Korea has nuclear weapons the U.S. should be a little edgy which is why other less important countries do something about. To add to the people of the north , i really believe they are brainwashed where they think Kim Jung Ill is actually a great guy doing so much for them. Finally with the whole we can do it ourselves motto , everyone needs help and they need to understand that.
