North Korea Response
In my opinion, I believe that North Korea does not deserve our help with their "meth problem". This is because they are a communist government. They should ask their communist allies for help. We have no concern with their problems. If they truly need help, they shouldn't come to us for aide. They consider us enemies and wish we were ideas. They don't deserve our help.

I think you are right. North Korea doesn't deserve U.S help. First they should analyse what happend with North Korea and South Korea. And why they have too many people dying.
