North Korea

The extremely taboo problems of North Korea are difficult to find solutions to. The leader Kim Jong Ill is very irrational and putting any amount of trust in him would be like playing Russian roulette. He is willing to risk the well-being of all his worshipers for any amount of power he can get. For example, buying weapons that go unused instead of food for his people. World leaders can't make a decision on whether to help the innocent citizens or leave the country to fend for itself. I think that helping the citizens is a lost cause because Kim Jong Ill will just take the money and use it on what he wants.
