providing social welfare to North Koreans

Kim Jong Il has successfully brainwashed the entire nation of North Korea into believing that he has been providing the best possible life for all of them, and that the enemy, the United States should be to blame for all the suffering North Korea has been through. So what can we do as a nationally recognized enemy to deal with Kim Jong Il and help North koreans? I believe the best way we can offer support to North korea is to stay out of all political and economical affairs but to help as much as possible improving quality of life in North Korea and providing social welfare to those in need. Millions of North Koreans suffer through famine, poor medical conditions, life in concentration camps, crystal meth addictions, and fear. Like the cataract performing surgeon in the documentary said, the people in North Korea have two eyes and a mouth just like the rest of us. By showing compassion North Koreans may slowly realize Americans are also people just like them; contrary to what their Great Leader has told them. No matter how we decide to deal with North Korea, we have to be very cautious with our involvement. if we anger Kim Jung Il we face nuclear war-fare, but if we do nothing we still risk nuclear war-fare along with a country full of suffering people.
