I think that the one percent should be somewhat obligated to help out the other 99%. One way we can look at it is, that if it wasn't for the rest of us normal people buying in with whatever the one percent is selling, they wouldn't even be there to begin with. Therefore they should give back to those in need. Even if they don't give much anything helps to those who need it, and the rich giving away money doesn't really even affect them as much as normal people because they have money to give. They needed us to get to where they are now despite what they may say, so when we need them they should be willing to help us being the other 99% out.

I think you are right. The one percent has more money than the rest of the country comblined. Becasue of this i do think they should feel obligated to either donate or give some of their money to a good cause. That seems like the right thing to do. The 99 percent helped them get this far, they should be willing to help us back. But i dont think the geverent has the right to make them give it away.
