The 1%
I believe that the rich are not obligated to give money back, but I think that they should. Its their money they can do what they want with it. That being said, I hate seeing people as rich as them being so selfish. They have more money than they could even spend in a lifetime and they still wont give back. I hope one day the rich wake up and realize how selfish they are being and the harm that are causing by hoarding all that money.

I agree with jake. No one is obligated to donate their money, but if a person has billions/millions, why wouldn't they want to help someone? They wouldn't even notice a decrease in their money, while this money could make a huge difference in someone else's life. I wish more people had the heart to help people out in a way like this.
