SOTU

I have to agree with many people that the State of the Union was almost a promotional speech for Obama. I didn't understand where he was coming from with the mentality that the U.S. should follow the military's example. It seems that he's shutting down a good portion of it. Wouldn't that just cancel out his point? And I'll admit it's a good idea that he wants 100% graduation - who doesn't. My concern is how exactly is he going to MAKE that happen? I feel as if the speech was there but had minimal foundation.
