2011
I think the most significant event on 2011 was the end of the Iraq war. We have been in there so long that it was time to just get out. I was so glad to finally see all the soldiers coming home to their families. After awhile we had no reason to be in there anymore. Seeing the war come to and end and all these soldiers coming home to their families is an amazing and heartwarming thing to see. It's good that children have their mothers and fathers home and that husbands get to see their wives and vice versa.

That war may be over but we are still fighting other wars as well. That co - in-sided with the Iraq war. And the Iraq war didn't hold that much significance in my opinion.
