If I were them, I would do an internet search to see where the jobs are, and do my best to get one requiring my expertise. Even if it may require moving halfway across the country, I would do it, because the problem may be with my current location. All across the US, jobs are scarce, but some areas are worse than others.
If i were them i would keep up with the jobs they currently have and sloly save there money. while doing this it would be smart for them to look for other jobs. saying this means if they come across a job that benifits there needs and pays more they should take it. Understandably in this situation it would be hard to find a job but if they were to keep working hard as they are the situation will only get better.
