Reflecting on 2011

I think Osama Bin Laden being captured was one of the most important events of 2011. Economically, it brought many of the troops back home. This causes our government to stop spending less money on war. Also, it settled many conflicts that America was having within our country, as well as with others. I think it made a big change in America, making it one of the most important events of 2011. It may not have made any dramatic changes, but this did solve many unsettled disputes.

This was definately a huge event for the USA. I think the credit should be spread more evenly than with just the president, because it was a government effort, and not just his, but regardless it's a valient thing indeed.

I also agree with ashley. It's a relief to know that troops are finally coming home. His death also settled many conflicts with the war on terrorism.

I do agree that this was a big change for the U.S. A lot of good things came out of the death of Osama Bin Laden, however i believe there are many other negative things that are being hidden from us that we are also facing as well. Either way, his death was a long waiting change for the United States.

Osamas death is defanatly an important step for the US war on terror. Now our nation can look to removing our troops and allowing the other nations begin to recover unassisted. Now our nation can begin to take steps towards recovery, find ways to help america at home and solve our nations financial issues
